Let's say 4 year degrees for people 20-30 years old.


I guess I found my own answer:

percentage of residents age 25 and older with a college degree . . . National average: 31.5 percent.

That's just for WV tho right? That's where like Appalachia is, those people don't even have shoes, let alone an education...
