Cut the stem off from a Jalapeño, cut the Jalapeño in half (lengthwise), remove seeds (if your a sissy to heat remove the veins). Fill each half of the Jalapeño with cream cheese and wrap each half of the Jalapeño with a thin slice of bacon. Cook on the grill or in the oven (at 425 degrees) till bacon is crispy. Enjoy.
get a jalapeno rack
cut stem/top off jalapeno
core the jalapeno
stuff with anything you damn like. shrimp, cheese, moar bacon, sausage, brisket, scallops, whatever
wrap with bacon
stand in rack and smoke
