When I used to bicycle a great deal, I would find all kinds of things on the side of the road. I mostly did back country or farm roads. Shoes, clothes, packs of smokes (unused), pictures, booze, soda.

One time I found some odd figurine, looked African in origin. Odd finding it on a back county road in central Missouri.

Large flint spearpoint. Found it when they were digging for a swimming pool in the mounds of dirt. Still have it.

100 dollar bill in the pocket of a suit I bought for $5 at a second hand store...

I used it to buy a new watch.

I found a $100 bill on the sidewalk once. No way to find the owner, so I gave to my mom since I coincidentally owed $100 to at the time.

J. Crew brown merino wool sweater, draped over the back of a bench at a subway station.

Still had the tag on it, and it fit me fine.
