Breakfast - Nothing, don't eat breakfast
Lunch - Varies but usually Mexican, Italian, something from a deli, and occasionally Vietnamese, Thai, or Chinese
Dinner - Whatver I feel like making. I grill a lot in the summer so a lot of burgers, chicken, and steak.

Usually grab something for breakfast, a bagel or yogurt or something, because I have to take pills in the morning that require me to eat. I only eat lunch a few days out of the week, usually a sandwhich or some type of leftover dinner. Dinner, I usually cook myself, often chicken, some side dish. I've started eating healthier, with salads and much less junk food, since I came to college, but subcumb to the weakness of keeping ice cream around.

Breakfast == ((Coffee) && (Hot Chocolate*2));

Lunch - On Mondays, BK. On Tues-Thurs, something other than BK. On Friday, sushi. Weekends, too randome to note...

Dinner - Weekdays - chicken, veggies, rice. Or whatever was on sale(especially ribeyes, salmon, or trout).

Snacks - Oatmeals/bananas.

No soda/junkfoods. I seem to have about as much self-restraint as a hungry lion when it comes to those things, so I just keep them out of my sight by not buying them at all.

I really hope some of your are joking, cause that's really sad.

Anyway I eat a variety of food but I take special note recently to consume a bit more foods that contain more protein. Gotta add some weight, at 145lbs and 6'1, I'm a little too skinny. I'd be happy between 155-160 depending on how cut I am.

When I was rolling in the dough, I was eating Stouffers pasta twice a day. It was cheap for 8 bucks and lasted me 2 days. :)

Not much work in preparing it or cooking it

I would suggest against eating Tuna more than once a week...at least that's what I have heard.

OMFG! This was exactly my diet for three years during my early twenties. Those were the days!

Back then it was out of necessity (I was broke and Ramen is cheap) I tried to go back to it for awhile to lose this jelly role around my waist but I just couldn't handle it like I did eleven years ago.

What I'm doing now to help me lose weight is Slim Fast shakes for breakfast and lunch. Then Hamburger Helper and a small salad for dinner. The Hamburger Helper is easy for the wife to make without a lot of effort and it's portioned just right to feed our small family without me overeating. My problem is I overeat if there's plenty of food on the table but with the Hamburger Helper it's helping me to regulate my intake. Once we go back to eating normal meals not made from a box I'm hoping this will have changed my eating habits.

Morning: Shower with caffinated soap, take a shot of oxygen, and slap on a nicotine patch. Have coffee with sugar and cream for breakfast followed by a can of Red Bull.

Mid-morning: Smoke a pack of cigerettes. Drink several cups of coffee. Chew nicotine gum or caffinated peppermints. Red Bull.

Lunch: Mid-day shot of oxygen. 2 No-Doze. Fresh nicotine patch. Several super-size Cokes and fast food for lunch.

Mid-afternoon: Slow down on caffinee and up the nicotine intake.

Dinner: Have last coke of the evening. Pizza for the meal, followed by a half gallon of ice cream. Smoke a pack and hit the oxygen after dinner.

Before bed: Slap on a fresh nicotine patch and pop some sleeping pills.

Repeat. :D

Tuna is high in sodium and sodium causes your muscles to retain water. Not exactly the best thing for them.

And bread causes cancer!

;)

But seriously, does tuna cause "that" much damage, or is it like bread above and you'll die of something else before you really feel its effects?
