What is the command to boot into disk utility?

Red Storm

I need to erase my HDD before I can reinstall Lion, but I can't seem to find out how to bring up the disk utilities during boot up.

I need to erase it because I'm running Lion Server, and Recovery (which I know is CMD+R) won't let me reinstall until I first erase.

Have you tried booting with Option key held down and then choose the Recovery partition?

If you are running Lion, you should have it.

If you are still running Snow Leopard or something of the sort, then you can just boot using the Lion boot disk you just created, and it should have a disk utility option.
