What is the command line to message people from within a windows network?

in cmd use net send ip message, I had a friend who made a visual basic program to do the same thing in a gui, but you can also do other annoying things like flood people with it hehe

Yes, the computer name should work as well. In fact, I've never tried it by IP...

since windows 2000 comes with the service turned on by default you can use it to msg almost anyone on the internet, at first I thought someone would figure out a way to spam with it hehe
