What is the "codename" for GF2 Ultra? NV15?

Was just going to edit my inf file for better framerates for my new GF2 Ultra, but I don't know what it's called in the inf file! Can anyone help me out? The GTS was NV15, but I'm not sure if its the same core or not. Help?

I'm in 640x480 16 colors right now on a 21" monitor... I would appreciate a quick response so I can get started 😀
