Szomolnokite

Szomolnokite FeSO4?H2O is rather a frequent mineral among the studied sulphates formed by weathering. It forms minute, smaller than rhomboclase, monoclinic crystals with thick tabular or prismatic habit. Szomolnokite is associated with rhomboclase, halotrichite, alunogen and rozenite.
