What is the cheapest video card that supports DUAL MONITOR using DVI?

What video card should I get? I have 2 LCD monitors. I can get 1 VGA + 1 DVI, but prefer 2 DVI.

Will a card that has both a VGA and DVI output work? I am not sure but I thought that those cards are "either or", as opposed to "both at the same time".

My 9600 Pro has VGA & DVI output, and both work at the same time.

Hell, don't buy Hightek. I had a 9600 Pro card of theirs a while ago and the fan was shagged within a month or two. Bleurgh.
