What is the big difference between these two tv tuners?

I want to be able to record my old vhs tapes, watch and record tv, and hook up my playstaion. For some reason Newegg deleated one item off my wish list. so I went looking for the one that was the same price I remembered. What the difference between the Hauppauge PVR 150 Low Profile and the regular one? I accidently orderd the Low profile. Will the LP do what I want it too? here are the two links I can't tell the difference. The low profile doesn't look like it will fit in a normal case.

low profile has a smaller backplane to fit in low profile cases. It'll fit in the motherboard slot just fine, but you'll have to remove the metal plate to make it fit in a regular case.

will it do what I want it to though? Record my vhs tapes and record tv, and play playstaion? Iknow the picture will not be as good for the playstaion.
