if i remember right, michigan actually passed a law saying that pi equalled 3 to make it easier on the state's students...

If I´m going to take any news article as a fact then it can only happen when it comes wither from BBC or Reuters, the rest I read and take them as.... unconfirmed news, unless it starts to appear on other news sites.

You said you only read a story as unbiased if it comes from the BBC or Reuters. Do you mean to say that stories written by the Associated Press are too biased to take as fact?

No, just didnt know about AP, are they just on Yahoo or do they have some other site?
I´v just used yahoo news to search for old news, great database they keep there.

Much of the bias is perceived. Some people are too damn sensitive. Straight reporting is boring so the networks moved to the opinion-as-news format which hooks more people.

For TV, I decided to go with the most "biased" outlets, MSNBC and FOX with some CNN. Gives me the full spectrum of brainwashing.
