What is the best way to test stability while Overclocking?

Currently, I have been looping 3dmark 2001 while running Prime95. If it can handle that for a few hours, its prob ok. Is there a more comrehensive or faster way to test stability? I just got my system stable(Bad PSU issue, went through a mobo and 4 HDs until I figured it out.) and this other board I had lying around(a Gigabyte GA7DX, won it from that Athlon XP Giveaway) seems to be a lot more amenable to overclocking. Anyone have any experience Overclocking this board or any tips? I am running a 1.33 Ghz Tbird with it.

Cpu burn and syssoft sandra all are good as well, but the main thing is time, so the longer it is left running on any torture test the better.
