What is the best way to tell what football game will be on in your local area

I'm at my parents house (i normally have NFL Ticket so i dont need to worry)...but i want to watch the Bengals-Giants game.

they get both DC and Baltimore channels (so they get both FOX channels so it wouldnt be blacked out due to Ravens game)

so anyway, the local newspaper says its on (it was supposed to be a national game), but yahoo claims the Saints-Falcons game is the one that is supposed to be on

anyone know how to figure this out?

TV Guide channel, Digital Cable "Info", TiVo.

i did
TV.yahoo, and tvguide, they both say the channel that i am pretty sure it wont be on, due to NFL broadcasting rules with local teams (they say the bmore channel even though the ravens play at the same time)
