Got 990 of them... and i dont want to just delete them cause most of them are really good.

Last time I got this high up I deleted hundreds of them. I dont want to do that again... so what is the best way to save them to disk. The fastest and easiest, I mean.

thanks.

🙂

You can export and save as HTML

firefox has import, but not export. Will i have to do them individually? Or can I just do them in one shot?

On your main Private Messages page here.. click 'Export Private Messages' (top right), then 'Export all' and it'll generate an HTML file listing all your PM's in a separate tab, and you can save that file to your hard drive.

it did not generate in separate tabs....

🙁

at least not yet... it still says .. transferring... along the bottom of the page, which is a small box and cannot be expanded. That sound right?

Sometimes Firefox won't show the tab bar (especially for that small window that it brings up to do the export)...you might try Ctrl-Tab and see if there are any "hidden" tabs 😛 Otherwise...I dunno, that's always worked for me in the past
