What is the best way to learn Crystal reports?

I'm a complete newb when it comes to any sort of database usage/design/querying/programming; but I learn fast and understand complex issues easily.

Any recomendations on On-line tutorials, webinars, classes, books, whatever. I would like to the fastest, easiest, bestest way to learn how to query DB's and author some reports.

Do you know SQL? If not that would be a good start. Download MYSQL and setup and a database. Query it to learn. There a ton of MySQL tutorials on the web. Once you have that foundation, you can use any reporting tool like Crystal.

The only thing I know about SQL is that is a database and sadly it happens to be a database I an administrating.

If that piqued your interest, I work for a small company and happened to be tasked with running all IT functions. I was able to get our three servers running but I am in no way an IT guy.

We recently implemented some ERP software that runs on SQL and Synergy Databases, well in fact it also has some advantage in there as well.

If you could point me to your favoririte beginer database wuery faqs I would be appriciative.
