What is the best way to import video from a camera to a G450 !?

The camera is not a digital camera .... The video card is a dual head with a TV output adapter ...
I ordered a card but not sure if it is capable of importing videos .. and what would be a good software for video editing ?

The card is not the Marvel G450 ... just the Millennium G450
