Since there is no built in timedemo as there has been in the past, what is the best way to benchmark Quake 4? How is it benched here at AT?

By how high the trash goes when you toss it in the trash?
 
Moronic replies aside, is there a common demo being used to get a frames per second benchmark or is each site creating their own demo to bench?
