What is the best video in/tv tuner card?

Depends which operating system you are using. Drivers for ATI TV Wonder for WinXP suck, big time.

This question has been posted on countless of times, try doing a search.

From what I've heard Leadtek has come out with a Tuner Card that is very good, drivers were actually made with Windows XP in mind. Its going to cost you thou, think its about 70-80$ at newegg.

Also check out avermedia's averstudio at NewEgg. It comes with a remote and does video capture for around $70. Also you can use it as a PVR.
