What is the best version of Linux to run on a PocketPC PDA?

I have an Amigo 600C, which is basically an iPaq H3800, and I want to put Linux on it. I recently learned about widely available Linux distros for PDA (Pocket PC based ones, as well as others). I knew about pocketlinux, but never got around to trying it. I did try it with my MIPS based Cassiopeia E115, but it didn't work. I just found out about a distro called Familiar, available here. Does anyone have experience with running Linux on a Pocket PC based PDA like an iPaq? Any suggestions on which one I should use and where I can get it? Thanks!
