I need some upgrade advice. Which would be better to do?

Current system.
Tbird 1200 @1350
128MB generic ram
ABIT KT7 -RAID motherboard
ATA 100- 30.7 gig IBM HD
Voodoo 5 Modded and OCed to 200Mhz

Ok here are the things I've been thinking of. which will give the greatest perforamance boost?

Hercules Prophet Pro GTS 2 64MB w/ video out.

or
going to 256 MB of Crucial cas 2 ram

or adding another 30.7 ATA 100 IBM drive and running Raid 0

Which will be the best upgrade for speed?

If you're running wink2k, definitely get the ram.

Otherwise, you should probably get the Geforce card if you play alot of games.
 
You're fine where you're at. If you have the itch to upgrade then get some more RAM. There's not a better time to upgrade RAM than now.
