What is the best solution for dual monitors and good gaming?

2 seperate video cards or one of the higher end all in one cards (Radeon 7500 DVI)? I had a matrox G400DH in the past and loved the dual monitor features but it was a bit lacking for games. Is Win2000 dual monitor support any good using 2 seperate cards? Looking to get the most bang for around $150.

Everyone will say Radeon 8500. I have a Matrox G450 and love the DualHead, definitely not a gaming card but I don't game. I'm not sure, but I don't think the Radeon 7500 supports dual monitors.
