What is the best software to stress all comp-uter hardware for 48 hours?

I use memtest86 to test out the ram and make sure it runsfine.. but what is the best overall software to make sure the hardware is defect free? I think some people used graphic benchmarking software to stress test their computer for days (after OCing)...

What is the standard now?
