What is the best software to chat over the internet during gameplay.

We are wanting to talk to each other (taunt) while playing games. What is the best program to use for this?

I havent tried em all recently but 6 mos ago we (my Tribes 2 team) tried em all. And in the end we went back to what we already had
Roger Wilco. It excells in fact the it doesnt sound tinnie and it works with dialup (low bandwidth requirements)

Does M$'s gamevoice work for XP?

Heres another thumbs up for Roger Wilco! We have a squad that uses it regularly on World War II Online and it works great for us.

RogerWilco has worked extremely well for us too (try to find an older non-gamespy version).
