What is the best software for dual operating systems?

I am reading that there is software that will easily set up up a dual boot. I have 2000 pro on my laptop and I want to add 98se or ME or XP for gaming (specifically Quake III, been a long time).

I do not have much experience with dual boot.

normally you want to install the older operating system first. so if you already have 2000 you should be able to install ME and XP and it would automatically set up the dual boot for you when you install. you could also use boot magic to set up the boot order.
