What is the Best Small Vacuum?

Anyone have any ideas on a vacuum that would work best for vacuuming cars out, cleaning PCs or Printers, and cleaning possibly a boat also?? Maybe a little sharkvac or something??

Sharkvac but don't use it for more than 5 minutes straight or the motor will burn out. No joke.

....then why would you suggest Sharkvac if its going to blow up after 5 minutes...

Why? Because all the jobs you listed aren't heavy duty cleaning. The Sharkvac is really meant for spot cleaning. The vacuum is very powerful but you wouldn't want to use it to clean your entire home. I was exaggerating a bit too on the time. It is more like 10 mins which I know because I've busted one at around 10 mins. I now give myself about 5 mins with it before letting it cool down.
