What is the best site building software?

I have no html knowledge and never built a site before.

Dreamweaver is what a lot of people use. I don't know how 'easy' it is, per se, but it seems to be pretty damn good.

Also, HTML is easy to learn. Spend some time at W3 Schools, and you'll be able to code HTML by hand.
