What is the best RAM?????

The "best" RAM depends on your system. If you're running a midrange or budget setup, then overpriced 2-3-2-5 is just a waste of money. You're better off with Corsair Value Select, or something similar.

If, on the other hand, you have a high end system, where small performance gains cost quite a bit, then, sure, that OCZ stuff would be appropriate.
