What is the best quiet HS/F combo for the P4?

Depends on how quiet you want, if you're OCing or not.

If you're not OCIng, or not too wildy OCing you can probably get away with the retail cooler. It's actually pretty quiet and has very good performance.

If you're more serious about low noise cooling you'll have to step it up a notch:

Quietest solution with no OC would probably be that Zalman 6500 flower cooler with a 5-or-7-volted 120mm or 92mm fan mounted on the bracket. You can get these at Compusa(!) for $50.

If you're OCing, something like an Alpha 8942 or Swiftech 4000 with an L1A or M1A 80mm Panaflo on it. If you can stand to wait, Thermalright is coming out with a P4 Northwood version of their very highly rated SLK-800. This *should* be the King of the Hill, till something better comes along.
