What is the best program to block pop-up ads?

I am on Juno right now, and ever 10 seconds a pop-up window comes up, and I dont want it to, because I already have an ad-banner up.

So what is the best program to block pop-up ads?

Another vote for @guard 3.22. I noticed that some sites have some kind of protection. I have a DNS error unless I disable the popup killer

The one program I've found to work the best at killing obnoxious add banners and pop-ups is WebWasher. It works with all the browsers, is very tiny (doesn't eat up much in the way of resources), and has great customization options. Best of all, its free!

i've tried many programs and also found webwasher the best overall program. it doesn't consume a lot of system resources and is pretty quick. @guard used to be the best but since they sold the program to symantec, its become bloatware.
