What is the best popup blocker?

I've tried three, and so far not one of them can stop ALL popups.

What do YOU use to stop popups?

No popups for me unless I allow them!

Same for SeaMonkey.

firefox built in one, coupled with adblock plus and the filterset G updater extensions...absolutely no popups of any kind!
