I like Ink3Art Quality ink and good prices.
There are a couple of 30% off coupon codes floating, which can make the cartriges around $2 per.

I got some swiftink after my less-than-satisfactory USA Inkjet ones finally ran out - which takes months on my iP3000 (USA's C-M-Y colors nowhere near as saturated as OEM]. Swiftink.com aren't as cheap as some others but still about half of what OEM would cost (less than half if you don't factor shipping in). I'm quite happy - colors are much better and text is nice and crisp. I've popped 'em with a few questions by email and the guy that responds is friendly, quick to respond and actually ANSWERED my QUESTIONS.

A cart with Formulabs-Scencient Ink is the best.

Try alotofthings.com (arrowjet brand NOT Rainbow) and trucolor imaging stores on Ebay.

Swiftink got booted from Fatwallet. Locked on Anandtech. Their ink may be good but their prices a bit high.
