Dell makes some pretty good PDA's for a good price, ive got an Axim X3i with a 400mhz processor and built in wifi and i bought it for around 275. They also just came out with a new model called the x30 which goes all the way up to 600mhz and can come with wifi and bluetooth. Another option is HP with there Ipaq series, i would check out www.brighthand.com and www.aximsite.com for more information on PDA's.

I have an Axim X3i, it rocks. The wifi antenna is great in this thing, really great range.

$250: x30 312MHz version. It has an SD slot, wifi, bluetooth, WinMobile 2003 Second edition, etc.
Here's a link for you. And a review too. :)

I loved the iPaq 1945 ($300), but I ended up upgrading to the 2215 ($400)
