What is the best PCI Video Card you can get for around $80?

I think Anand did a review of that a while ago and said the V3 2000pci for that price range. If not confined to $80, the V4 4500pci was best.
 
With 3dfx selling out to Nvidia I would think that the price of the V5500 will be in that price range in the very near future, as people will stop buying it due to fear of driver support. Currently I have a V3 2000 pci and it runs fine. You can probably pick up this card for around 55-60 dollars.
