I have dell 1600sc and it does not AGP so I have to get a PCI video card. Since all the good cards are AGP, I just can't find PCI version..

Anyone know good PCI video card for graphic users? it's for mainly Maya 3D software....

or any alternative option?

please help. I really need pci card so that I can work on it...

thanks all

mx440pci I had one in my machine inbetween a ti4200 and 9500+mod. performance in autocad was better on the mx than the ati card. You could consider the herc 9000pci, but its a huge card bigger than a 5500 voodoo

Voodoo5 still owns PCI :p

If you want something new...Radeon 9000

The herc 9000 pci is huge, the powercolour version is 64bit memory path limited. The voodoo 5500 is both huge, unsupported and frankly rubbish in any pro 3d app. The mx440 is about as quick as a gef2 ultra, and can handle acad, 3dsmax etc very well considering.

Build yourself a new computer with an AGP slot, that Quadro4 was ~$400 dollars. If you reuse some of your parts, it might be even cheaper.
