What is the best pci-e for $135 shipped?

could go a few bucks cheaper (as low as 144) but thats with $30 rebates involved so you'd be spending a lot more up front

Newegg has a couple of Chaintech 9600GT cards for less than $135 AMIR. I think this would be a better card than the 8800GS.
