painting my refrigerator???

I am moving to a new house (emphasis on new) in two weeks. All of the appliances in the house are black, but my refrigerator, which is in storage, is white. I don't want to sell and buy a new one, so instead I want to paint it. Should I put a primer on it and what type of paint is best for appliances? Also any tips when painting it, so it doesn't look like crap?

It can be found at select K-Mart and Walmart stores.
