What is the best p2p for Windows?

Hi,

I put this question in this forum because I have a dual boot machine. In the linux side I have installed pysoulseek, but I am disapointed with it. What p2p program would you recommend for windows?

P.S.: What program can I download to monitor the packets sent and received over the network in windows?

How do you keep your pc secure while at the same time using one of these programs? I am thinking about using very low permisssion rights in windows while I am using this program? Any sugestions?

Don't! it's easy to hack p2p boxes as it is....keep high security/permissions except for the shared file folder ofcourse.
