What is the best online computer retailer store?

I am just about to build a new computer, and I was wondering what was a good place to buy most of my stuff from (so shipping costs stay minimal). What has good deals and is reliable?

These guys are usually on the lower end for prices. A little bit high for shipping though, but thier customer service is second to none. I placed an online order with them, and there was a problem with my credit card. They contacted me within an hour of placing the order. Within 2 hours all of the issues had been resolved, and my order still shipped same day.

It's been a little while since I've ordered parts online, but my best experiences have been with:

1)TCWO-got cpu and hsf, not quite there on video cards.

If you intend on spending $150 or more at one time I would recommend buying from Buy.com and don't forget to use their $15 off $150 coupon (PM or e-mail me if you want it).
