Thats not true... even if you're careful to make sure you get everything you're supposed to have, chances are you havent fufilled the daily requirements... take a vitamin. One a Day is fine, Mega Men is a bit of an overkill.

I take a men's health vitamin. I feel much healthier and get sick less since I started taking vitamins.

Shaklee Vita-Lea. And they provide indepedent analysis/proof of their claims as well. Stuff you can buy at GNC or in grocery stores generally sucks, and always used to do a number on my stomach. The only drawback to Shaklee stuff is the price, but knowing how expensive biotin is to produce I don't hold any grudges. It's good stuff.

Anybody who takes pill vitamins is a fool. If you want maximum absorbency take a liquid vitamin. I have been taking Body Balance for the past year and have noticed a significant improvement in my overall wellbeing.

Problem is everybody is different. So it will affect each and every person differently.

I can't eat most vegtiables, makes me sick. BUT I don't smoke, drink, etc... so they will affect me different then someone that drinks yet eats some other foods I don't. I also work out a lot (surf, climbing, biking, etc...), so I put a load on my muscles and joints, so again different people different effects.

A basic multi-vit. will not hurt as long as you do not take more then 1 a day. Also take vitamins with a meal, will help asorb into the system that way.

Hi, I had to join this cool forum just to give some advice:

I doubt there have been *ANY* 20 y/o college students that have had any vitamin/nutrient deficienes. Your biggest concern at that age: car accidents.

The vitamins won't do you *any* good, save your money--good health doesn't come in a pill.
