What is the best motherboard for my situation?

I have a stick of 512 MB of Samsung brand DDR333 PC2700 RAM (CAS 2.5) with thermaltake memory cooling kit, a 1.6Aghz P4, an 10x DVD(40xCD) drive, a Sony Floppy, rounded floppy and IDE cables, an aluminum ATX mid-tower case with dual 80mm intake fans and 60 mm and 80mm outake fans, 350watt dual fan Enermax PowerSupply, 20gb Western Digital Harddrive, and a CPU RADIATOR ZEN cooler for my processor.

The guidelines for this cooler are that there must be 5mm of seperation between the case and the CPU socket and that the socket clip must be paralell to the longest side of the rectangular mount that is on the outside of the socket. I was wondering what everyone thinks of either the Epox 4g4a (without RAID) or the Abit BG7 or the Asus P4b533 or any others that are good. I'm kind of leaning toward the Epox 4g4a because i can get it for like $103 and it looks good to me. So, i was wondering if anyone has an Epox 4g4a or 4g4a+, can u maintain about 5mm (half a centimeter) of space between your back panel and the socket? Thanks for your help everyone.

I'm using an Abit IT7 with the same processor and a thermalright ax-478 hs with an 80mm panaflo. You should have the separation with that board. I'm not sure if the IT7 and the BG7 have the same layout tho....might want to check Abit's site. Anyway I love this board because it's legacy free and the agp card doesnt really interfere with the memory, not to mention that it oc's really well. Good luck with your setup.
