have a look at the Asus CUSL-2-C i815E ATA-100 133MHz FSB - AGP x4. very nice board.
you'll see the speed of your cpu displayed on screen when you boot up! 🙂
 
So does the CUSL-2, Lucifer. Also it allows you to clock the RAM asychronously from the fsb, allowing even more flexibility. It also has a 1/2 AGP divider, which the BX boards don't offer.
 
Everyone who tweaks their system at all should have Oda's WCPUID software installed. It not only reports the actual FSB and CPU speed, but a lot of other useful information as well.
