Actualy Noxipoo Rambus RDRAM has some pretty good technologies behind it, but the company (Rambus Inc) and they lawyers suck mega goat nads...
I'd go with Crucial (Micron), it's nice and cheap.
I got 256MB of -75 Micron chips (2-2-2 @ 100Mhz or 3-3-3 @ 133MHz) for less than $1 candian/meg. That's like 60cents US/meg. The -7E stuff (2-2-2 @ 133Mhz) is about $1.15 or 1.20, so that's about 80cent US
The VC133 stuff is pretty cool for Via chipsets, but hard to find, if you can find it, and you have a Via chipset you might want to consider it though.
