I'm here at work and my neck is killing me... I must have slept on it wrong or something.

Is there an OTC medication that will help loosen up the muscles and kill the pain?

take an asprin, drink some tea or coke (somethign caffiene) and you'll start feeling better. try to relax some, and make sure youre comfortable in your chair.

Actually, I just had a cup of tea and it feels a little better.

As for the chair, i'm sitting in an Aeron, so how could I not be comfortable?

I ended up walking down to the drug store and talked with the pharmacist.

She recommended generic aspirin+methocarbamol which is commonly known as Robaxicet.

Thanks for the replies.

Hopefully the methocarbamol doesn't wipe me out, or I might be taking a snooze on the couch upstairs before I go home. :D

Take a little nap if you can before you drive home (just in case your meds make you doze).

If you don't mind spending around CAD $100 get a one hour massage.
