I always had excellent results from the Iwill WO2-R and the Asus CUSL2/CUBX-E when I was building Intel FCPGA systems. The new Asus CUV266 is overkill for the P3 but from all reports is an excellent board.
Off Topic Warning- Any reason why you have not considered a AMD system?

I've had nothing but good experiences with Tyan Trinity 400, Abit VH6 & VH6-II, Abit VT6X4, and MSI 6309. If you are not into overclocking, I'd go with the Tyan board. I'd try one of the others if you want to try to push that 1GH chip.
