what is the best MB for E6300 right now

I am looking to upgrade and heard that the best chip to overclock for the price is the intel E6300 chip. So What is the best overclocking MB at the moment that doesn't cost too much. let me know

The 965p-DS3 is really nice but if you can't afford that just go with the 965p-S3 as its only $118 or so at NewEgg where the DS3 is about $145

They both OC very well I would say the DS3 is a little better but the S3 is a sweet board for the price, I'm going to pick one up as soon as I get enough money to order all of my other components.

DS3 works great for me. It's a very popular board and the price is not too bad. Solid capacitors and a great overclocker. With the F5 bios it's very stable once you dial-in the settings.

The Asus P5B-E should be out in the next week or two. It should be around $120-130 and early results show that it's a great overclocker.
