What is the best mattress out there?

I am in the market for a new bed. Thinking about tempur-pedic or select number bed. Any suggestion?

While on topic, I've never tried anything from Serta, but aside from the commercials, I've heard good things. Tried checking them out? They might be expensive, though.

I have no idea, but I don't have any complaints about our Sealy Postur-pedic that we got at Costco. I believe the price is around $430 now after coupon, but the coupons are in January (or February).

I have a Bergad. I like it.

edit: This is essentially a tempur-pedic but it doesn't cost nearly as much. Rated number one matress by consumers on epinions.com I believe.

I really liked our stearns & foster bed till we got a tempur-pedic Eurobed. I have to say that bed is by far the best I have ever slept on.

Whichever one is the most comfortable. You really have to go try them out, imo.

I love my select comfort queen size. Prior to it, I had chronic lower back pain. Changing the number every few months is like having a new mattress every few months.
