Currently I am using the Suse 9.2 Live DVD (the kind that load the entire OS and run it from the DVD so you can use Linux without installing it) It is okay, but not that good. I used to use Fedora.

You'll get different answers from everyone, but a few of my favorites:

Ubuntu (or Kbuntu if you prefer KDE to Gnome)
MEPIS
PC Linux OS

Knoppix is the big name, but I don't like KDE so it's a bit of a pain to use. The 4.0 DVD also contains Gnome now though, so I'm going to have to try that out.

I tried the Ubuntu live CD...very nice and accesible, even for the Linux illiterate like myself.

Knoppix 4.0 has Gnome also? That's pretty cool. I think I'm going to try that and Ubuntu CD. Thanks!

No, the new KNOPPIX 4.0 DVD has ALL of these!

KDE, Gnome, Window Maker, Ice WM, XFCE, fluxbox, openbox

it also has over 2600 packages. It even has a freakin' Virus scanner called Clam AV...it's for recovering Windows partitions that have succum to virii

Here is a quick review of it.
