What is, in your opinion, the absolute best LCD monitor available today? And, would you buy an LCD? Do you have one, are you satisfied with one? I've always liked the idea of an LCD but have been put off by the idea of dead pixels, and the price. These days however, prices are going down, and I'm wondering if it'd be worth getting a sweet flat panel. I know the really low end ones wouldn't be worth it, cause they're still pretty low quality (am I right or wrong on this?), but how about a midranged or high-end LCD? I'm almost willing to spend a lot on this, cause i'd love a nice looking, easy on the eyes display. I could live with a dual setup too, using the new LCD for certain things and keeping the ol' CRT for whatever I don't like on the LCD.
What do you think, and would you recommend an LCD? Which one? Are any 18-21" reasonably priced, or if not, are there any exceptional ones quality-wise? I'd like to hear your input on the matter. Thanks.
