What is the best HSF i can get for 20ish bucks from newegg?

n00b at the cpu fan market, i have always used retail stock fans, untill that temp i saw with my new athlon

first off, you'd get a heck of a fan for $20. but if you want a heatsink along with it then that's something different.

i just thought if this, you can get a coolermaster X-dream at frys for 9.99 or at svc for 8.99
