What is the best HS/F for a 939 3500+ Venice?

Whats the best heatsink/fan I can get for under $50 for my 939 3500+ venice? Also, I dont want to have to take my motherboard out to install it. Right now, I am looking at this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835128003
but is it the best? If not, then tell me what to get because I have it on stock cooling right now.

it is not bad, a guy I know has this, it looks sharp and sounds quite..

i'd get xp90 w/ delta or panaflo fan... i idle at 30c and load at 41c w/ 1.57v at cpu..

Yup Xp90c is the best you can get but the xp90 will be lighter and cheaper and just a degree or two warmer.
